Urban Atelier transformed Dubai Youth Hostel into a contemporary hospitality destination designed around comfort, accessibility and community. The project extended across guest rooms, shared spaces and outdoor amenities, creating a more cohesive experience while the property remained operational throughout the renovation. 51 guest rooms and a new executive suite were delivered alongside a redesigned reception and social lounge, dining facilities, gym, pool terrace, landscape and recreational amenities. The works were completed in approximately five months through a phased programme that allowed the hostel to continue operating throughout.
