Set within one of Dubai’s most prestigious residential destinations, this private residence formed part of a subcontracted interior fit-out scope under the BESIX–Ssangyong Engineering & Construction joint venture.
Urban Atelier contributed to selected villas and apartments within Atlantis The Royal, delivering refined fit-out works, bespoke detailing and carefully considered spatial enhancements. Premium materials and precise execution come together to create space that feel sophisticated, functional and effortless.

Interior Design, Luxury Fit-Out, Space Planning, Bespoke Joinery, Material & Finish Selection, FF&E Coordination, Technical Coordination and Project Delivery.
